On Site Bristol Awards Ceremony

Over 100 attendees gathered at Ashton Court Mansion to take part in the annual On Site Bristol Apprentice Awards where local construction apprentices and employers were celebrated for their contribution to developing the local industry.  The gala event saw apprentices and employers pick up awards across 18 categories, recognising achievement and dedication in trades such as plumbing, brickwork and plastering plus many more. On Site Bristol Open Evening!

On Site Bristol will be holding an open evening on Thursday 30th November at The Create Centre, Smeaton Road, from 5pm until 7.30pm.  This is an opportunity for anyone from 16 years old (year 11) and above to come along and find out more about the various trade apprenticeships on offer and how to apply.  You will be able to apply online during the evening and speak to some employers who work in partnership with us.  Come along and speak to the training officers who can answer your questions.

Our applications are currently closed for this academic year. Companies looking for an apprentice are invited to contact us via email to help prepare for our 2018 intake. Applications for students will be re-opened on the 1st December 2017 ready for starting an Apprenticeship in September 2018

Gregor invests in the future of plumbing

We know how important it is to support young school leavers, to do our bit in helping to tackle local unemployment and encourage interest in the plumbing and heating industry, which is a growing market.   That’s why we run an annual plumbing apprenticeship scheme, in partnership with On Site Bristol, who are a part of Bristol City Council.   The aim of the scheme is to provide a positive and supportive environment for school leavers to progress into long-term employment in the heating industry and potentially, within our company.
